1) Browse or Search Suppliers

Browse

①Click the “Buyer” tab on the main navigation bar on any page;
②You can browse the extensive product categories to find whatever you want;
Search

When you know what you are looking for, enter the product name in the search box and click “Search”;

Note: By browsing selected categories, you can easily search for selling leads, supplier directory, buying leads and global importer.

2) Contact Suppliers

Send Inquiries

You can send an inquiry immediately when you find products or selling leads of your interest.

①Select the checkbox beside each product or supplier you are interested in;
②Click “Inquire Now” button;
③Complete the inquiry form and submit;
④ Once you send out your inquiry, it will probably take suppliers a few days to respond. Their respond will be sent to your MessageCenter in My Account;
Send Multiple Inquiries

①Select the checkbox beside each product or supplier you are interested in;
②Click “Add to Basket” button;
③When you are ready to make your inquiry, go to “Inquiry Basket” at the top-right corner of each page;
④ Review your selection and click “Inquire Now” button;

⑤Complete the inquiry form and submit.

1) Post Buying Leads

To have suppliers to contact you, you need to post buying leads which are invitations to sellers to quote their prices and terms regarding a certain product or product range.

You can post buying leads under Trade Leads within My Account

2) Check Inbox

Upon publication, suppliers will be able to view your Buying Leads and respond accordingly. Please check Inbox << MessageCenter << My Account regularly for messages sent from suppliers.
