My Account is a private communication and trade management tool provided to all members. Its main sections and their functions are:
①AccessMessageCenter to see all messages received and sent via HiSupplier.com;
②Post and manage your buying leads here;
③Post and manage your selling activities, including your company profile.
1) What is MessageCenter?
MessageCenter is a communication management tool that gives you an easy and efficient way to track the messages you send and receive from other HiSupplier.com members.
2) How do I send and reply to messages?
You may take the following steps to send and reply to messages:
①Browse or search for your interested product;
②Click “Contact Now” and send messages;
③Check replies in MessageCenter and reply accordingly.
3) What is contact list?
Your contact list is your list of people and companies with whom you correspond through HiSupplier.com. It contains contact and other detailed information for your business use.
4) How do I manage contacts?
To manage your contacts, you can:
①Add HiSupplier.com members or non-members to your contact list;
②Create groups for better management;
③Check and edit your contact’s information.
4) What is bulk folder?
The bulk folder is the folder in the MessageCenter that houses suspected junk mail/spam. Messages may be covered by clicking “Not Spam”. These suspected junk mail/spam messages will be stored here for two months, after which they will be deleted.
5) How do I use my block list?
Sometimes members receive unwanted correspondence. You can use "Block List" in MessageCenter to filter out unwanted messages. With this control method, messages from Member IDs, email addresses or countries you wish to block will be deleted automatically.
With "Block List" you can add new blocking details or remove existing blocks by taking the following steps:
①Click "Block List" in MessageCenter;
②Complete the form;
③Click "Block" to confirm your blocked settings.
1) What is Trade Leads?
Trade Leads is where buyers and sellers directly post buying or selling trade offers. It is different from ‘Products’ in a sense that it is more direct and active buying and selling offers unlike ‘Products’ where sellers just post them online. It is also divided into a category based on product type, and the category is divided into another subcategory and sub-subcategory for more thorough arrangement.
2) How to post and edit Trade Leads?
Please click “Trade Leads” and then click “Post Trade Leads”. Fill in the trade lead form with all essential information.
After completing the trade lead form, you will receive a message on your "Manage Buying Leads" page, telling you that your trade lead has been submitted and is pending approval.
If your trade lead is not approved (i.e., it requires you to submit more information) the "Editing Required" status will be shown on your My Account homepage and on your "Manage Trade Leads" page, and an email will be sent to you informing you that your trade lead requires editing. If your information is approved, it will be published on HiSupplier.com within 24 hours.
Please note: This approval process applies to all postings to HiSupplier.com, including Company Profile, products, buying leads and selling leads.
1) What is Company Information?
The "Company Information" section stores your Company Profile and other information. When your Member Profile is approved it will be published on HiSupplier.com and its status on your My Account homepage will indicate "Approved". If your Company Profile is rejected, you will receive an email informing you what needs to be modified.
2) Post a Company Profile
Your Company Profile information must be completed in My Account. Posting a Company Profile is highly recommended for all members. By displaying your company details to potential partners, you are reinforcing your online presence and credibility.
Once you have submitted your Company Profile, its status will be "Approval Pending." HiSupplier.com will approve or reject your Company Profile within 24 hours.
3) Edit a Company Profile
To modify your Company Profile:
1.Sign in at "My Account."
2.Click "Edit Company Profile" in "Company Information";
3.Modify your company information and submit when finished.
Upon approval, your modified Company Profile will be published within 24 hours. You will be notified of your successful posting by email.
Please note: you can edit your Company Profile while its status is "Approval Pending," with the latest version considered for approval.
HiSupplier.com has created an inquiry management system for HiSupplier members to conveniently utilize our inquiry service.
You cannot only send and receive inquiries, but also reply, forward, perform many different functions with you inquiries.
To view your incoming inquiries, sent inquiries, and deleted inquiries, please go to Inbox, Sent Box, and Trash, respectively.
