Work principal
This equipment is of many floors and rows; there is a vacancy in every floor, except the top floor. Every parking stall is able to elevate automatically, except the bottom floor; every parking stall is able to traverse automatically, except the top floor. When parking or driving from a stall, traverse the stalls under this stall and form an elevating passageway for this stall; and then, elevate this stall to ground, then, drive out, or in.
Unique features:
(1) Driving device. Adopting motor, reducer and steel wire ropes, which are of full protection functions, such as ceiling-collision protection, collision proof function, etc. When the car-loading panel elevates to the limited location, this driving device will be spontaneously out of gear; even, the motor doesn't stop, the driving pillar stops automatically---100% avoiding ceiling-collision and assure the vehicle safety.
(2) It is of high ground utilization ratio--needing small ground area. We will design the row qty and floor qty according to customer's request.
(3) It could be designed as full package, half package, simple package and free package, etc, which is according to customers.
(4) It's of low production cost, low maintenance cost;
(5) Travelling stable, low noise, high travelling speed, short packing time;
(6) Many safety protection devices, such as falling proof, collision proof, overload proof, etc.
