CWT5002-2 MODBUS GPRS RTU enables various kinds of devices with I/O, analog inputs and Standard MODBUS protocols to communicate over GSM/GPRS network and the Internet easily and freely. It can construct a smooth "GPRS Data Tunnel" between Host End and Remote End, ensuring an efficient communication for data transmission and remote device management. CWT5002-2 is an ideal solution for factory automation, environmental monitoring and remote device management for M2M industry.
There is a built-in microprocessor chip running on a real-time operating system. It gives immediate response to any change in both inputs and outputs condition. A GSM modem is embedded in the RTU, user has to subscribe a SIM card for the RTU. The RTU can be installed in any location under GSM coverage.
