High Quality Cast Iron V-block
Made according to Standard JB/T8047-95, V slot type I is made of high quality tool steel, V slots of II type are made of HT250. Normally, V slots I, II type are supplied in pairs.
The use of the V-shaped rack: is used to support the shaft, pipe, casing and other cylindrical workpiece, the workpiece axis line parallel to the face, in order to find a test measuring tools are used and crossed generally into supply, is a rectangular body, four working surface or four different dimensions of the slot of 90 degrees
It's used in testing, Line drawing and position setting of precision axles and the mounting in mechanical machining.
