Plastic PE Pipe Extrusion Line

1) The line is applied with pipe extrusion. Thescrew of extruder is equipped with barrier unit and mixing structure andthe barrel owns new style grooves. All of these offer goodplastification and mixing effect. Special design of basket die headHDPE(PP, ABS) large diameter pipe with wall offer lower meltingtemperature, good mixing, lower pressure of cavity and stableproduction.

2) Spcial design for sizing and cooling system by using film andwater ring cool HDPE(PP, ABS)material, which can fit for the requirementof HDPE(PP, ABS), and the stability of diameter and roundness whenproducing the pipe with thick wall.

3) Special design vacuum sizing tank can ensure the stability ofsize and rounedness, speed controllers are used in extruder, haul-off tooffer stability and precision performance.

4) The whole line adopts PLC performance control system and largeliquid crystal screen, which makes the operation very convenient. Theline can be equipped with another extruder used for estruding the markline.

The diameter of pipe is from 16mm-630mm. We also can design the machine according to your requirements.
