Usually our MOQ is 300-600 pairs/style, but we can accept a little lower quantity for your trial order.
2. Can I get a pre sample?
Sure, we usually make a pre sample and send them by Express for your check the quality and workmanship, and after your satisfaction, you will place the order with us .
3. How long is the sample leading time?
Usually it takes about 7-10 workdays after sample cost received.
4. How long is the production leading time?
Usually it takes about 25-30 days after all the details confirmed and deposit received.
5. How is the shipping?
For small quantity orders, we kindly suggest to ship by air, which is faster.
For large quantity orders, we suggest to ship by sea, which is cheaper.
6. What is your after-sale service?
HOSON promise that within 60 days after you receive our shoes, and if any broken or heel off, and pls send us the relevant photos and qty, and we will re make the shoes for you.
7.Do you make customer's design shoes?
Yes, we have our own professional designer team, and can create the shoes from your designs, so, if any, pls send us the relevant photos via PDF, AI, CDR format with all the details.
