Large-scale, slim backlighting is used in a multitude of sectors and the demand for high-luminosity solutions is growing continuously. LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) are an economical solution and thanks to their durability the ideal illuminant for such applications. Typical examples are large-scale luminous displays for furniture, store fixtures and fair booths, picture frames, citylight posters as well as luminous walls and partitions.

The panels used are made of a light-conducting material such as acrylic, which generates a uniform light source. Even illumination over the whole material surface is vital in this application, whereby the light must be deflected vertically to the surface. A raster is created on the surface during laser engraving so that the light that is fed in via the cut edges is emitted evenly. The arrangement of the raster dots or lines can be optimised via the software. The number and distribution of the raster dots enables targeted control of the luminosity.

This laser machine combines two different laser functions together. X-Y Gantry system for large format and high precision cutting; Germany Galvo system for fast and precise engraving. Two systems only share one laser tube and can switch freely. Ball screw transmission ensures the two systems running stable. Galvanometer scanning system for very fast and large pattern engraving. Coherent or Synrad CO2 RF metal laser tube produces high quality laser beam, stable power and long working life. Low use-cost, maintenance-free and high efficiency.

(3). This equipment uses South Korea patented high speed linear motion guide rail. Rail can be adjusted to ensure the accuracy after some time of movement. Our slider is also imported from Korea. The size is adjustable while using.

(4). The key parts use the current international popular and advanced precision ball screw, with professional precision laser heads, it has the features of small kerf, high speed and high precision.

(5). Motion systems select Japanese servo motor and drive. And it has advanced speed control system. According to the cutting requirement of curve and straight line, it has the function of automatically adjust the speed, ensuring smooth cutting edges and natural curves. Running stable and fast speed.

(6). This device uses a fully enclosed professional cooling water circulation system to ensure the circulation of water in the laser tube to be clean without dust. It achieves good results to extend the life of the laser tube, effectively reducing the cost of production.

(7). Good air suction systems totally discharge smoke and fume from materials being cut to keep good environment and high precision of the machine.  

(8). Off-line control system. There are a variety of input methods, such as USB flash disk, USB cable transmission and Cable connection. Easy to use. One computer controls multiple laser machines for cost saving.

(9). For software, all using professional cutting software (independently researched and developed by GoldenLaser). It is compatible with CAD, BMP, CorelDraw, DST, PLT and other related software.
