DESCRIPTION:
The product is light yellow or yellow transparent liquid with green fluorescence.
PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION:
1.The product plays an important role in maintaining the orthergasia of the nervous tissues, heart and the digestive system. It is effective in treating neuritis,myocardial dysfunction,indigestion and growth retardation in animals.
2.The product can promote the metabolism of carbohydrate,amino acid and fat in animal organism and adjust the central nervous system nutrition and capillary function.
3.The product can promote the metabolism of amino acid,protein and sugar and the transformation of linoleic acids. It is also effective for the treatment of animal metabolic disorders.
PHARMACOKINETICS:
It is both easily absorbed by taking orally or injection. It reaches the liver through blood and stores partially in it. It is released when needed.
The bioavailability is different in different animals. It reaches the peak of plasma concentration after injection for 30-50 minutes. The metaboic process is compicated, and mainly through liver, kidney and milk.
INTERACTION:
1. The product decomposes and changes when met with alkaline medicine.
2.Pyrithiamine and amprolium has antagonism to the product.
3.The product can reduce the antibacterial activity of ampicilline,polymyxin,streptomycin,erythromycin and tetracycline.
