Transverse shear line
Horizontal shear machine classification: horizontal shearing machine, also known as cross-cut line, Kaiping machine, opening screen line, transverse shear unit; according to the device speed is divided into: stop shear, high-speed shear, flying shear.
Horizontal shear machine are used for the metal steel coil unwinding, school level, cut to length, cut into the flat sheet of required length and stacking. Applicable to the processing of cold-rolled and hot rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and various types of metal materials in surface coating.
The standard configuration is composed of loading cars, uncoiler; pallet pressure devices, leveling mainframe, storage silos, limited device, servo length-gauged machines, peritoneal devices, shearing machines, transmission platforms, pneumatic nesting racks, hydraulic lifting stations, unloading platforms, hydraulic systems, electrical control systems and etc.
Main components of the production line's hydraulic system adopt Taiwan high-precision components, length-gauged system adopts overall position-fixed servo control system from Japan Yasukawa or Germany Lenze to control. Electrical control adopts controller with imported PLC and touch screen to achieve fully controlling. It has many characteristics, just like, high degree of automation, high quality of leveling, high precision, high efficiency, steady and reliable performance, simply operation, easy maintenance and etc.
Features
1. The series of shearing line is for the metal rolling plate after coiling, leveling, fixed length, cutting into the required length flat sheet and stacking.
2. It is suitable for processing cold-rolled and hot-rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and various metal materials after coated zinc on surface.
3. Cross cutting line consists of loading car, uncoiler, leveling, feeding mechanism, cutting machines, transport equipment, stacking equipment and other components.
