Raw material and process
Our graphite electrode choose low ash raw material of high grade petrol coke, needle coke and coal pitch, and processed with machining after calcimine adjuvant, mixing, moulding, roasting , pressure impregnation and graphitizing under 3000ºC high temperature.
With best characteristic of low resistivity, good conductivity, low ash, equality structure, good oxidative stability and high mechanical strength.
Application
Arc furnace of steel-making, industrial silicon furnace and yellow phosphorus furnace.
Products inspection
The inspection for electrode quality is operated by our quality inspection department, customer can check and accept by normative regulation.
