The integrated kitchen cabinet includes: base cabinet, countertop, wall cabinet, hanging cabinet, hardware fittings, hardware accessories and Appliances. You can choose you interesting in parts. We have more than 50 items design for your option, customer's design accepted.
Metal Board series: Item no MB-01
1. Door:
- 18mm thickness, MDF board with surface Metal brushed finished and SS304 edge treatment.
- E1 standard, high quality
2. Carcase:
- 16 to 21mm thick high-quality E1 standard moisture-resistant particle board (MFC), with high durability melamine foil, safe for stringent European market
- Strong frameless construction with cam fitting connection
- High-quality wood adhesive made by professional German manufacturer Jowat used
- Double facing backboard, completely avoiding density board exposed
- Make the cabinet more moisture proof
- Adjustable shelf is included with each cabinet
3. Trouble-free hardware fittings:
- Door closing: soft door closing mechanism is included
- Hinges: high-durability blum hinges are included for standard cabinets, 100,000 times of closing tested, mounted and dismounted, adjusted easily
- Drawer: blum rawer system
- With shockproof, buffer function, and no metal connected
- Can run freely even when loading 60kg
- Hang: used carbon steel materials, can loads 55kg
- Feet: ABS adjustable foot using PVC materials, loading 100kg, strong and reliable
- Kickboard: aluminum coated strong ABS material
