Brief introduction of magnetic separator:

The strong magnetic ore is adsorbed to the surface of the drum while the weak magnetic ore and non-magnetic ore are flicked off when the ore pulp enters into the magnetic field. The strong magnetic adsorption on the drum surface revolves with the drum and is brought from the magnetic field. Finally it will be crushed into fine ore bunker finishing the separation. Three kinds of cell body, that is to say, CTS, CTN, CTN, can be adapted to one drum to different separation requirements. Downstream cell body is used in the separation of the coarse and fine ore 0-6mm and the counter-current cell body is used to separate the coarse and fine ore from 0mm to 6mm and to recycle the heavy-medium in the coal industry while the semi-counter-current cell body is used in separation of the coarse and fine ore from 0mm to 0.5mm and esp. the separation of the fine ore from 0mm to 0.15mm.
