PET Strap Production Line

DN series of PET strap auto-production line made by Sino-America Jinan Deen Technologies Develop Co., LTD is the latest production line, which adopts international advanced technologies and is researched and Developed by engineering technologists in our company with the guidance of German deluxe engineer and Shandong research center of machinery. It owns five national patents, is the sole PLC touch screen control in domestic with dual- channel system and of high-degree automation to carry our full-auto production by a slight tap. The process and characters as follows:
1. The latest equipment and craft technologies. DN series of PET strap auto-production line really carries out vacuum auto-feeding, hot-air circulating drying, twin-screw extruding, and single or double various specification production of the strap ‘s width from 0.9mm to 32mm with multi-functions and reaches the effect of saving-energy and low noise with the accurately energy-saving temperature-controlling system.. in conclusion, It carries out the target of lower investment and higher profit, which is the fortune-creating equipment with great economy benefit for the small or moderate enterprises and plastics-making industry.
2. Raw material recycling. The production line uses the 100% recycled Polyester materials and directly melts, extrudes, then makes the environmental protecting PET straps with high intension that is stronger than raw materials of recycled granular and the transparence that is similar with the full-new polyester materials , what is more, the straps made by the production line do break not because it uses 100% recycled PET bottle flakes, even it becomes waste to treasures ,which is a popular “circulation economy” project presently in the world.
3. High-efficiency and saving-energy. An only machine has multi-functions and exhausts low energy (50% of saving-electrics). It adopts twin screws to extrude , easy to operate and makes PET straps of various specifications . It needs two workers per class, which saves labors.
4. High rate of eligible PET straps. The complete set of production line consists of import transducers , famous motors, excellent carbon steels and 38GrMoAl carefully ,for ensures it runs stably and makes PET straps with good quality.
