JL75G Series H Type(H Frame) High-Speed Super-High-Precision Power Press

The machine, which using three-dimensional design, through finite-element analysis and dynamic simulation, the optimized structure and good work performance especially suitable for super precision stamping processing for the components of  precision lead frame, connector, ultra-micro motor and etc.                    
 

* Multi-connecting rod driving mechanism could effectively reduce the accelerated speed during the nominal stroke, and the super-high dynamic accuracy realizing efficient and precision stamping.                                            
* Horizontal inertia force of Multi-connecting rod offsets each other, and the vertical inertia force balanced by   imported air spring, ensure dynamic accuracy and operation stability.                                            
 

* The machine with pres-tress combined-type structure, its upper beam, lower beam, uprights, and slide made from high performance alloy casting ,which are all through stress removing processing, make sure high rigid ,good stability, and better performance of vibration control.                                             
 

* Intelligent constant temperature lubricating system, which effectively avoids negative impact on the precision.     

* Frequency control of motor speed and touch screen operator interface make operation easily.
