1.;The extruder can be designed according to the different material ,HDPE material uses new type high efficiency single screw extruder ,the PVC materials uses large conical twin –screw extruder or parallel twin-screw extruder
2.Mould Die Head adopts spiral type special structure design, small volume, and clean flow. This structure can effectively eliminate internal stress of corrugated pipe, remove the weld pipe vestige, and make the corrugated pipe inner and outer layer wall thickness even and forming stability
