- The MJW-5000 series of microchip controlled electro hydraulic servo static load anchor testing machines is a type of all-closed-loop servo-controlled static load testing machine domestically pioneered product exclusively developed and manufactured by our teams, representing the latest technologies in the field of static load testing machine in China. This product is mainly applied to inspect the static load anchoring performance of pre-stress steel strand anchors, which is a must-have testing instrument for pre-stress engineering projects.
- Our product features a high-stiffness, stable structure. It comprises a large-capacity loading unit that fulfills all the requirements in static load anchoring performance tests. It adopts the leading high-performance AEC-1000 Controller, which is usually equipped on high-end material testing machines. The mechanical components collaborate with the pioneered modular Test Live computer testing software to ensure the stability, precision and reliability of the whole system.
- The loading jack and front jack are all controlled in a closed-loop setting. Pre-stress steel strand specimen is applied a uniform force and is ready for static load anchoring performance tests right away. The stress on pre-stress steel strand can be loaded at constant speeds of various levels. It can also be set to perform a one-hour hold test by loading custom programs, then increases its load at custom speeds until the specimen is broken.
