MRPS100KBSVertical Type Large-volume Stainless Steel Pressure Steam Sterilizer 100L
The method for the sterilization of such articles as devices & instruments, dressings, foodstuff, glassware, medical liquids and culture media by the application of pressurized saturation steam is widely adopted. The sterilizer produced in this factory is designed and manufactured in accordance with the working principle described above, which has many advantages, such as quick heating, simple operation and thorough sterilization, thus making it an ideal sterilizing equipment in hospitals, healthcare centres, sanitation stations, medical rooms in mines and factories, scientific research institutions and food manufacturers.
Features:
1 The sterilizer is square-shaped in its housing and its main body is elaborately made of stainless steel.
2 On the upper part of the main body, a relief valve and a discharge valve are installed.
The former, reliable in its performance, is used to release any excessively high pressure, when its pressure exceeds 0.14MPa and it is actuated automatically,the latter is used to expel the cold air in the main body before sterilization and remove the steam upwards after sterilization.
3 There are stainless steel sterilizing baskets provided for heaping up of such articles as devices & instruments, glassware, dressings, and culture media.
4 A pressure controller is installed on the boiler body, which cuts off the power supply for heating so as to ensure its safety, when the pressure in the boiler exceeds 0.170MPa.
5 On the boiler cover is installed a pressure-actuated self-locking mechanism, which locks up automatically the handwheel for sealing, when the pressure in the boiler is increased to 0.1Mpa, so as to prevent the opening of the boiler cover under pressure, thus ensuring the safety of the system.
6 Under the bottom is installed an exhaust valve. This bottom valve is used to discharge the exhaust so as to have the sterilized articles dried thoroughly, when the sterilization is fulfilled.
7 The pressure gauge fixed on the top of the sterilizer is provided with dual graduation divisions to indicate clearly the readings of both the pressure and the temperature measured.
8 On the control panel are installed the temperature and the time setting devices and the indication lights for the indication of the operation status.
