This series machine is mainly used to produce various carbonated drinks, such as: cola, soft drink, soda water, etc, with capacity from 1000 bottles per hour to 20000 bottles per hour. The whole line including the following parts:
1: Water treatment system
2: Preparation System

4: Packing / Wrapping Machines
Water treatment system is the first step of the whole line. The raw water would be treated by the Water Treatment System first to make it clean enough and suitable for drinking. Then, the treated-water would go to the preparation system. Here in this section, the water and the syrup would be mixed together and then be carbonated to make it gas-contained. After this, the mixed liquid would pass to the filling plant and would be filled into bottles. Our filling machine is suitable for both glass bottles and plastic bottles with volumes from 200ml to 2000ml. The bottles would be rinsed, filled and capped inside the filling machine and then conveyed to the packing machine by conveyor. The packing or wrapping machine would pack the bottles automatically, and the whole process is finished.

(1)The suspending bottleneck clamping design make the bottle stable during the high-speed moving conditions. By changing a few parts, it can meet the need of production of different types of bottles easily.
(2)The new generation of stainless steel grab is adopted and the grabs have no contact with the area above the bottle’s screw thread. Nozzles in the grab can guarantee the complete wash of the interior of the bottle.
(3)The advanced micro negative -pressure filling technology used in this machine makes the filling quick, steady and accurate. The beverage-holding tank is fully-closed and also, temperature-control device and CIP washing interface are installed
(4)This machine can meet all the technical requirements for hot-filling below 95°C.And before capping, bottle-mouth will be cleaned by R.O. Washing device.
(5)Magnetic torque is used for screw capping, and the power of screw capping can be adjusted steplessly. Capping is reliable and do no harm to the caps.
