Description:

 

1.QGF series barreled production line consists of washing, filling and capping. It is suitable for filling of all kinds of round and square barrels. The production line adopts electric-program control. It has safe devices, such as interlock, signal, automatic check and so on.

 

2.Its key parts are imported and their quality is reliable. The whole machine is made of stainless steel. It meets the demands of food hygiene. Its structure is reasonable and its operation is convenient. It is ideal equipment for producing mineral water, super-pure water, space water and distilled water.

 

 

Main performance

 

1. Bottle is entered by air conveyor, the speed of bottle entering is fast and bottle shape isn’t changed because of adopting hanging clamping bottleneck way

2. Adopting clamping bottleneck fashion to wash bottle mouth and avoid touching screw mouth , when bottle type changes ,you need to change the board related with bottle diameter.

3. Filling adopts cylinder feeding structure , filling valve adopts high filling speed and mass flow rate valve which control liquids level accurately and without loss.

4. Screw capper adopts French advanced technology which can screw cap promptly when clamping bottle.

5. The PLC and transducer are chosen from international famous brand, such as OMRON, MITSUBISHI and so on.
