Brief Introduction to the Process
Above configuration is designed for granite or cobble aimed at the capacity of 50t/h to 80t/h. The rock (no bigger than 420mm) is delivered to the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for first degree crushing, in this process; the finished stone normally is at the size of 50mm to 100mm. The finished material is delivered by belt conveyer to cone crusher for second degree crushing. After this process, we will screen them again, finished products will be send to pointed area by belt conveyor, unqualified products will be send to cone crusher for another processing. The finished products will be used according the different requirement. To protect the environment, we can use dust-cleaning apparatus to reduce the dust pollution.
