PVC pipe extruder section: PVC pipe production line is equipped with a dosing feeder device, so that the extrusion amount and feeding quantity can be matched to ensure stable extrusion. PVC pipe extrusion machine has conical screw features and the feed section with a larger diameter which make the heat transfer area and a shear rate of the material relatively large. The metering section with small screw diameter reduces the heat transfer area and a shear rate of the melt which can be extruded at the lower temperature. Rotation of the screw in the barrel can push PVC plasticized compound material into the nose so as to achieve compaction, melting and uniform mixing and to achieve exhaust gas, dehydration purpose. According to pipe application, PVC pipe can be divided into PVC drain pipes, PVC downpipes, PVC water supply pipe, PVC conduit, PVC cable sleeve pipes.
