Vacuum tank, vacuum tank cover, the tank cover mobile vehicle, charging device, oxygen gun device, oxygen system, equipment cooling water system, oxygen lance cooling water system, compressed air system, vacuum pipeline, vacuum pump system, basic automation system, exhaust gas analysis system, wire feeding machine, temperature measuring and sampling device, hydrogen determination, determination of oxygen.
Notes:
1. To maintain a high degree of vacuum.
2. Start blowing refining temperature of 1550~1580 ℃, After refining temperature control in 1700~1750 ℃.
3. It should be low for ladle argon concentration if there have the condition.
4. to control oxygen supply reasonable.
5. At the beginning of the steel liquid silicon content should be controlled at a relatively low level.
6. Reduction of chromium loss and refining the miscellaneous (Cr2O3) content.
7. To improve carbon content if it is allowed.
8. Selection of deoxidizer,miscellaneous materials and ferroalloy,don't put carbon dust in it. To made miscellaneous was under a vacuum,deoxidize and composition adjustment.
