Box-resistence Furmances

■Uses：
　　　This series of discontinuous furnace used to analysis element in laboratories, mineral enterprise and science research units; it also used to heating in heat treatment of small size steel’s annealing and tempering. The high temperature furnace suits for firing dissolution and analysis of metal and ceramics.

■Characteristics：
　　　1. The case is made of high quality cold rolling steel. The surface is treated by painting. The door of furnace adopts side open structure.
　　　2. Medium temperature box adopts enclosed fire pot. The spiral heating component made by electric heated alloy wire coil all around of furnace pot. It has functions of evenly loss heat and long use life.
　　　3. High-temperature tubular resistance furnace adopts high temperature proof combustion tube taking Elema as heating component to fix on outer sleeve of fire pot.
　　　4. High-temperature box resistance furnace has high heat use rate and taking Elema as heating component to fix in the fire pot.
　　　5. The heat preservation material adopts 0.4-0.6 light cellular heat insulator stick and alumina silica cellucotton, so it has lower thermal storage and heat conductivity factor, large thermal storage in fire pot; short temperature up time but the surface is low; small power loss of empty furnace and lower power consumption.
