This wash plant is mainly used to separate nugget gold,diamond and other precious stones.
The plant could be fed by excavator or wheel loader,all depend on customers' requirements. After the hopper is fed, the raw materials will be transported by conveyor belt to the trommel classifier. The trommel classifier mainly aims to break the raw materials into pulp and separate the unwanted gravels and stones from the sand.
The jig is used to separate the gold and diamond from the sand. Thi is the roughing separation work. After the gold and diamonds are separated, the tailings could be discharged by conveyor belt to the stock location.
