after spraying the part, the polymerization of the applied powder coating can be done by heating it in a paint polymerization oven that runs on gas.
Specific to this type of equipment is the use of a blast-lamp to heat the oven. The blast-lamp can work on gas or GPL, even on diesel.

The conveyorized part will be adequately heated to the used powder's thermal condition and will be maintained at the polymerization temperature until the end of the manufacturing cycle.
In comparison with the electrical polymerization oven, the gas heating is much more echonomical and insures a superior productivity.
The polymerization time and temperature are set up for each type of powder coating and are controlled by the oven's thermoregulator and timer.
The shown oven is manual, stationary, with two doors, runned manually or mechanically.
