Ceramic fiber cloth
Ceramic fiber cloth weaved from ceramic fiber yarn, Produce on two different types, one is reinforced fiberglass, the other is reinforced stainless steel wire.
1. Reinforced with fiberglass yarn
Max working temp.: 1000degree C
Continuos working temp.: less than 550degree C
2. Reinforced with stainless steel wire
Max working temp.: 1260 degree C
Continous working temp.: 1050 degree C
Specification: Width: 1000mm, 1200mm; Thickness: 1.5-6.0mm
Length: 30m, 50m or according to customer's requirement
could be impregnated aluminum or vermiculite
Application:
- High temperature static seal e.g. door joint or gaskets for flanges.
- Fire protection e.g. fires proof curtain against welding spark.
- For manufacturing of safety product e.g. safety gloves or apron.
- Expansion joint
