PRODUCT CHARACTERISTIC:

Type: products vertically positioned type(internal steam exhaust type, external steam exhaust type, and the type with drying function)

Materials: the boiler casing, inner chamber and door cover as well as the sterilization baskets are made of high grade stainless steel SUS304 that is acidproof, alkaliproof and corrosionproof.

PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTIC:

Control mode: intelligent automatic control with microcomputer is employed to control sterilization pressure, temperature and time.

Automatic over temperature protection device: the heating power supply will be cut off automatically when the temperature exceeds the setting.

Door interlock device for safety: it is a patented device that can lock the door cover when there is pressure in the inner chamber.

Low water level alarming: an inlet water-break detection device is employed to automatically cut off the power supply and send out audible and visual alarm when the water level goes under the preset value.

Current leakage protection: equipped with a current leakage protection device.

Dynamic digital display of temperature is adopted. And an End signal is sent out when a sterilization process is finished.

Automatic control of temperature rise, sterilization, steam exhaust and drying processes need no watching and controlling by people. (Control of the 3 models below is suitable for internal steam exhaust and the type with drying function)

Mode 2: heating ---- sterilization ---- pulse steam exhaust

Mode 3: heating ---- sterilization ---- without steam exhaust

Internal circulation system of steam and water needs no external water source. This contributes to a clean, dry work environment (suitable for internal steam exhaust type and the type with drying function)
