• To work out your head size try on a helmet—note the size.
• The helmet must be snug without extra pressure in any one area.
• If you wobble your head from side to side and back to front, the helmet should stay firmly on your head and not move around, if it does move, try a smaller size.
• Once you have found a helmet that fits comfortably, try on your goggles—there should not be a gap between the helmet and the goggles.
• If the helmet fits, wear it and have fun.
