PVC wood plastic building board production line consists of extruder, mould, automatic vacuum feeder, hopper dryer, three-roller press, side trim unit, etc. The screw and screw barrel are optimized and designed and made of high performance alloy steel 38CrMoAiA so that the whole machine has such advantages as uniform plasticization, stable extrusion output, high product output, long service time, etc.
Wood Plastic Building Board is made of PVC ash calcuim carbonate and other fillers which can replace steel templates and bamboo plastic sheet templates. It has the advantage of low cost, light weight, continuous use 10~30 times, waste material can re-use. It is the new environmental building temlplate, considered as a new project in our company.
