The base also serves to elevate the turbine above surrounding obstacles that could otherwise block the wind. The tower units are formulated to a large tube with a variety of accessories which include platforms, ladders, cable fixings, positioning of switchboard and so on.
Some of MEGATRO wind tower belong to sefl-support type, as same as taper monopole; MEGATRO's all welded design provides maximum tower stiffness, minimum twist/sway and bending. Towers come with single pole and climbing ladder and rest platform and other tower accessories. After fabrication towers are delivered to take sand-blasting, then painting them one by one. First prime painting, then intermediate coat and as last finish painting.
All fabrication will be discussed by both parties and reach an agreement before mast production.
