Slaughtering and bleeding process
Hoisting machine ( also called lifting machine) is used to lift cattle to the bloodletting track for slaughtering and bleeding.
Operators are standing on the platform for slaughtering, bleeding, head and hip pre-peeling, front hoof and horn cutting. The bleeding time is generally designed 5-6 min.
