Specification
According to the mode and angle, it is divided as 4 types: common type, integral type, sunshade type, heavy type
1. common type
After the bearing bar is notched, the grating is formed by forcing the deep cross bar into the notched bearing bar. The max height is 100mm, and the length is less than 2000mm.
2. integral type
Bearing bars and horizontal bars have same notch and the depth of cross bar is 1/2 times than bearing bar. The max height is 100mm, and the length is less than 2000mm.
3 . sunshade type
Bearing bar can be made in 30° or 45°notch, and the grating is made by forcing the cross bar into the notched bearing bar. The height is smaller than 100mm.
4. Heavy type
The 1200ton pressure is used to bond the bearing bar and cross bar together.
