Specification:
1. This machine is simple and cheap, fits to small or new factory.
2. The advanced programmed controller (PLC) is adopted to control the center, and with use of pressure transmitter, electromagnetic chaos pneumatic servo measurement level to maintain the balance of filling pressure to ensure the stability of the liquid surface.
3. It is composed of rinser, filler and capper in one body, using material of 304 stainless steel. And sealed material is rubber or EPDM material.
4. This machine adopts clipping bottle mouth working type, fitting to different shape of bottle.
5. The key spare parts are imported from OMRON, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Schneider, etc.
6. Hot filling with holding bottle neck; the special backflow type of the filling valve can avoid leakage after filling and also control liquid level accurately; the beverage feedback system has no contact with beverage to prevent the second pollution and oxidation.
