We offer tricone cutter sections in New,Surplus, or Rebuilt condition. Cone styles are offered as Steel Tooth or TCI(Tungsten Carbide Insert).
Tricone cutters are commonlyused with hole opener, Core Barrels, and other applications of FoundationDrilling. Because of high mechanization, high penetration rate, good drillingquality, low labor intensity as well as safe operation, the engineering bit is aprimary product used for modern foundation construction.
Engineering bits consist of acone, bearing, shaft, cap and sealing components.The bit cone rotates around theshaft and is mounted on a saddle to form a drilling unit.
A special sealing system and a piston balancedstructure filled with special lubricant are utilized to prevent the constructionbit bearing from permeation of sand,so as to improve the reliability of bearingsystem and prolong the lifetime of the construction bit.
