1.extrusion machine : special design screw , accurate temperature controller , which ensures the good plasticization and high output extrusion .
2.double station hydraulic screen change filter: quick screen change filter ensures the quick and effecient
screen changing process,
3. Clothes-hanger die : the coat-hanger die adopts the design of many flows, which makes the raw material distribute on the head die uniformly , the distances between the die mouth can be adjusted freely, so the thickness of sheet is accurate.
4, three roller calender : which includes the flat calender , oblique calender and vertical calender . three rollers control temperature independently, adjust the space freely to ensure the quality of products .
5. cooling roller bracket:assembling with the corresponding cooling rollers, imported bears , make the effection of cooling better, which is combined with edge cutting unit , to ensure the edge of sheet quality.
6. cooling cutting unit: adopts good quality alloy steel, imported bears, to ensure the sheet qality and the steability of cutting knife blades
