420mm size stones are transferred to (PE500X750) primary Jaw crusher through GZD750 vibrating motor feeder from hopper for first crushing, then the crushed materials are transferred to 2(PE250x1000) fine jaw crusher through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The crushed materials will be transferred to the (4YZ1345) vibrating screen through belt conveyor, and separated to different sizes. Those aggregate with suitable size will be transferred to the final product pile and those with unsuitable size will be transferred to the 2(PE250x1000) fine jaw crusher for re-crushing. These forms a closed circuit manifold cycles. The sizes of final products will be graded and separated according to customers' requirements, Output sizes: 0-5mm; 5-10mm; 10-25mm; 25-40mm.
