Working Principle
Jaw crusher's working type is of moving and squeezing. The working principle is as follows: the motor drives the belt and belt pulley to move the jaw up-and-down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between toggle plate and movable jaw becomes bigger to put the movable jaw close to the fixed jaw, at the same time, the materials can be crushed and cut into pieces; when the movable jaw lowers, the angle becomes smaller, the movable jaw leaves the fixed jaw under the function of draw bar and spring, meanwhile, the crushed material dischrages from the crushing cavity. With the continuous rotation of motor, the movable jaw of the crusher crushes and discharges materials periodically and realizes production in batches.
