4. Raw material moisture content of pellet making machine:
Because of different kinds of raw materials, the requirements to the moisture are different.
Usually we require sawdust moisture content 10%-18% while mix the materials evenly.
5. Particle size/ How to choose suitable model:
The length of the material cannot exceed the diameter of the die hole.
For example, if the diameter of the die hole was 6mm, the length of the material could not be longer than 6mm.
Please ensure the right size of raw material, or else, they will easily damage the machine.
6. Working principle of pellet making machine:
1. The raw material is put into the hopper and dropt to the pelletizing area by its own weight.
2. Under the continuous pressure of the rollers and die, material will be made into pellet naturally.
