\introduction of ZG Series 35 t/h Gas Boiler proper structure
1. A result of the boiler fuel used for the blast furnace gas, mixed with air is highly explosive, so it adopts four burners arranged in both sides of the wall to form a hedge flame. It can ensure full combustion of the fuel gas, but also to prevent the fuel gas and air mixture within the burner. The optical tube economizer, air preheater for the tube. Frame is made from steel, the tail of a stacked structure, according to 7 degree earthquake checked. Drum internal adopts cyclone. Superheated steam temperature water temperature reduction unit. Furnace adopts membrane wall. Platform is the grid structure.
2.fuel: blast furnace gas .Designing fuel gas low calorific value is 3269.8KJ/Nm3.

4. drum and separator device
boiler adopts single drum structure, drum diameter is of 1400 mm, with the Q345R steel plate.A separator pot is 14 in diameter Φ290 cyclone, each cyclone load is about 3 tons / hour, the second separation was arranged on the top of the drum "V" shaped steel wire separator.
5. Furnace and membrane wall
Furnace section is 4340 × 3540 mm (according to waterwall centerline) of the rectangle, the burner is disposed on the side wall of the furnace wall,it forms L-shaped flame in the furnace hedge. Water wall is composed by the Φ51 * 5 waterwall tubes and welded steel group, which pitch is 100 mm, it is segmented slice out of factory, site assembly. Front and back walls water cooled down by the two header pipes as φ108 down tube, water wall on both sides of the wall under the header respectively, by two φ133 pipe as a down pipe.
