Inspection Item: Professional Inspection of Cabinet & Box
The whole inspection will contains 5 kinds of major categories. Random Sampling, Check the Printed information of the Carton, box and product, Check the appearance, Check the accessories, General Test, Function test, Inspect the Parts. (More details are in the actual report)
1. Random Sampling, select certain quantity of products to make the inspection and by using scientifical methods to judge the defects of all the products.
2. Check the Printed information of the Carton, box and product, shipping mark is listed in here. It is the foundation of doing other inspections and make sure the printed information met client requirements.
3. Check the appearance, Carefully check the appearance to make sure that the product will not influence the sell in market, if possible, we hope the appearance can give potential customers with visual pleasure and promote the sell.
4. Check the accessories, Make sure that no accessories are missed, meet the clients' requirements and not influence the function. The Cabinet contains metal plates and glass and glass door.
5. General Test to make sure the products will not go wrong in a easy way. Most of the products got defects in this process, and the defects may cause danger for user.
Common defects of the Cabinet:
1. The Lock, which is usually of bad quality for the thought of less use of it.
2. Noise, loud noise can be heard if the axis is not well matched with the plate.
