Using area
Applicable to various medical institutions, such as using for sterilized packaging of medical surgical scissors, tweezers and other equipment, and medical equipment manufacturers, such as using for disposable sterilized packaging of medical catheters, syringes, sterile dressings.
Using method
1Choose the right sterilized bags according to the length of items. Put the clean and dry items into the sterilized Paper-Poly Bag, the items should not exceed 3 / 4 space of the sterilized bag to guarantee a sufficient closure, otherwise the burst possibility of sterilized bags will be increased.
2Sharp instruments should be placed contrary from the stripping direction, to ensure safety.
3Tear the release paper of the opening side, seal the bag by the folding line, and then put up the label of product name, batch number, sterilization time and other information. Make sure the closure strap stick well to the bag, use fingers to press the closure line to avoid Wrinkles or not achieve very well.
4Put the closed sterilized bags in the related sterilized equipments, and sterilize according to relevant international standard requirements.
5Should confirm if the discoloration of chemical indicator is consistent with the discoloration of the sterilized bags after sterilize.
6The products can not be used immediately after sterilize, they should be stored in cool, dry, ventilation and non-corrosive gas environments.
7The sterilized bag should be torn by the unsealed direction. Should be holding two torn edge while dissecting, and open it with uniform balance.
8Steam sterilization should be used in six months; ETO sterilization should be used in 24 months;
9Check the sterilized bag before using. Do not use if it's damaged!
