JG electric overhead traveling track crane(hoist trolley)

 Model JG overhead railway hoist crane is a kind of suspension transport system, its lifting mechanism, electric hoist trolleys are slung under a I-steel rail system to transport loads along the railway. The complete JG crane system consists of the suspension I-steel rail system, under-slung electric hoist trolley, and electrical components. The I-steel rail is usually laid on the crossties which are continuously and evenly placed on the upper place of workshop, and the crosstie pitch is determined according to user's requirements. Generally, a single rail suspension system is fit for lifting capacity less than or equal to 16t and the electric hoist trolleys are slung under the rail directly, if the lifting capacity is more than 16t, up to 32t, a double rail system becomes a must, and double rail electric hoist trolleys runs under-slung along the rail.
