Use as the first time:
1. Hold the bag with onehand while press the hot button disc several times inside the bag with thepollex and forefinger of your another hand. The liquid shall turn to solid andrelease heat soon.
2. You can press the bag face to make the bag flatand the heat can spread easily.
3.Put the bag on where you need when it's hot.
Use as the second or more times
1.The bag shall turn coldafter you make use of it for about 30 minutes. You should heat it in the
boiled water for 5 minutes. You can use it again after It turns to
liquid. Be care ofscald.
2. The liquid should turncool and you can use it according to the step of the first use.
[Precaution]:
1. Don't puncture orabrade the bag with spiculate stick.
2. Dont press the button if the bag is releasing heat.
3. Turn to a doctor when necessary.
4. Make it away from children.
