Automatic Bed Pan Washer Disinfector

YF-Quick-A-60 Automatic washer disinfector is a specially developed washing and disinfection machine for human waste vessels like various kinds of urinals, bed pans, spittoons and etc on the basis of advanced design abroad and domestically according to related world standard ISO 15883-3 and China standard YY/T 0734.3-2009.

Main structure:
Main structure consists of chamber, frame, seal door, pipeline system, external cover and control system. The chamber and the seal door are made by means of molding.

It is a kind of medical washing and disinfection equipment for treatment on bed pans, urinals, spittoons and etc in hospitals, operation is done in the chamber, under the help of washing and disinfection circulation pipelines and discharge pipeline, washing tank is located on top of the chamber, washing pipe and disinfection pipe are all in "n" shape, the top ends of the "n" shape pipes are higher than the water level in the water tank, all the washing, disinfection circulation pipes are connected with sealed chamber which further connected with the discharge pipeline. Water pump is equipped for the washing circulation pipe, a controller controls the pump and injecting water into the chamber to spray water on the objects to be treated for washing, on the disinfection circulation pipeline there is a simple steam generator equipped, which injects steam onto the objects washed for disinfection.

●Compact and easy for installation

YF-Quick-A-60 Automatic washer disinfector appearance is slender, the front pannel only 476mm in width, installation is a small area for saving space while common bed pans and urinals can be treated with it conveniently.

●Advanced washing and disinfection on the whole endoscope

One rotary and several fixing spray nozzles equipped for thorough washing and disinfection on the loaded vessels , after washing steam sprayed from these nozzles for disinfection on and even into lumen of vessels.

●Stable performance and easy for operation

The only thing you can do for the operation is just to put the materials to be treated into the chamber, close the door and start the machine, then everything is done automatically. After the cycle is finished, the door is opened automatically, cooling and drying are completed quickly.

●Perfect cycle design

3 cycles designed on Quick-A-60 Automatic washer disinfector for treatment on mild, moderate and heavy contaminated vessels. Corresponding cycle can be chosen for different kind of vessels to be treated.

●Convenience for operation

Service door is used as the back cover, which can be removed for all pipeline and part of the electricals maintenance and repair.

●Up to international and domestic standard

Designed according to world standard EN15883 and domestic standard YYT 0734.3-2009.
