Filling scale is an automatic equipment that filling liquid with measuring function, which pours liquid into a 

container according to the weight that was been set beforehand. This system has advantage of simple 

operation and stable performance, it does not only improve labor efficiency, saving labor costs, but also 

does not constitute hazard tooperators and environment, widely used in grease, paint, oil, chemical industry, 

food, etc.

 

GE7130-300AX Apply to the environment with corrosion characteristics and ration filling occasion for material

 that easy to emerge foam. This filling machines have ordinary type and explosion proof type. Customer can 

select it according to material performance and usage occasion. 

 

The filling scale adopts lifting cylinder spray gun, and cooperate with particular lifting mechanism. During filling 

process, the spray gun point is under the surface of liquid all the time, and will increase with the liquid surface 

slowly, the material of whole pipeline is full stainless steel material. Double speed pneumatic ball valve and bottom 

valve control cylinder ensures the safety and high accuracy values.

 

The accessory parts of YUBO filling scales are selected from domestic and international famous brands, which 

are with high precision, good reliability and strong interchangeability, and also we can adopt accessory parts

 with other brand according to customer’s requirement.
