Mechnical thermostat Functional test specification
1,On the outside of the boot state, the knob is used to set temperature, set temperature range for 10 ~ 50 °C. Internal hidden potentiometer for the floor to set the upper/lower limit protection, setting range of 10 ~ 40 °C (only in Room thermostat with floor limitation or single floor mode effective)
2,The external temperature sensor fault alarm
Room thermostat with floor limitation or floor mode: When the external of temperature sensor short circuit or open circuit, the red light flashing, and stop the output.
3,Output logic
Closed thermostat broken power supply, stop heating.
The thermostat boot state:
1):Room mode,When the set temperature is greater than the room temperature heating startup,When the set temperature is less than the room temperature the heating stops;
2):Room thermostat with floor limitation mode,When floor temperature is greater than floor upper limit temperature protection stop heating;
Under normal working state,When the set temperature is greater than the room temperature heating startup,When the set temperature is less than the room temperature the heating stops;
3):Floor mode,When the set temperature is greater than the floor temperature heating startup,When the set temperature is less than the floor temperature heating stops;
4,Appears the clock signal, set temperature reduce 5°C
5,Light indicator:
red light:Heat output instructions
green light:The external timing signal input instructions(When there is signal input set temperature reduce 5°C)
Yellow light:The external timing signal input and heat output indicate at the same time
The red light flashing:The external temperature error indication(Open circuit or short circuit)
