General Waterproof Coating, consisting of high quality cement and sand and very active polymer. Mixing the powder with additive, brushing the mixture on substrate, permeate into the interior of the concrete and form crystal, stopping water anywhere.

Suitable for waterproofing of kitchen, washing room, pool, outwall, basement, underground parking, tunnel, etc.

Product Description

Use:

Apply on interior and exterior concrete and masonry finishes, and existing tile, dry wall, cementitious backer boards and plywood on all interior floors and walls prior to the installation of tile and stone.

Surface preparation:

All surfaces must be structurally sound, dry, clean and free from movement, oil, grease, wax, curing compounds and any other loose or contaminating materials.
 

Application:

1. Mix 25kg powder into 11kg latex gauged with 3L of clean water. It is recommended to use low cycled(350r/min)electrical mixer in order to make the mortar homogeneous.
2. Waterproof coating is applied in two layers. The second layer is applied 20 minutes after application of the first layer in the opposite direction(for example, the second layer should be applied in horizontal direction if the first layer is applied in vertical direction) while the first is still green. In no instance should the total thickness exceed 5mm.
3. It should be applied with using a brush, broom or spray machine. Ensure the material is thoroughly mixed before applying.
4. Before applying further coatings on waterproof slurry, allow it to fully cure and the ceramic tiling application may start min. 24 hours after application of it.
 

Precautions:

1. Other covering layers cannot be done until the waterproof layer is dry completely.
2. The application cannot be conducted below 5; Do not apply it in the extremely wet and bad-ventilated surroundings so as to affect the formation of the waterproof film.
3. Do not mix the cured slurry with water and reuse it.
4. Do not use it in the place where there are shocks, moving and big cracks.

Store Method:

Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
