Description of Three Drum Sand Dryer:
Three drum dryer is used to dry humidity particle materials, such as yellow sand used by industry, variety of sand used in foundry industry, blast furnace slag which is used in cement industry of building materials, chemical, food, compound fertilizer,copra,etc.The particle size is small. According to requirments of the water in the products after dryer, the water content 1-0.5% or less can be achieved after process. Three Drum Dryer is widely used in mine, building materials, chemical, metallurgy, cast industries and so on. Working Principle of Three Drum Sand Dryer:
1. The Three-drum Sand Dryer is composed of rotary cylinder, lifting blade, driving device, supporting device, sealing ring.
2. Material is fed at one end and discharged at the other end. In direct-type rotary dryers, hot gases move through the cylinder in direct contact with the material, either with or against the direction of its flow.
3. The cylinder is equipped with flights, which lift the material and shower it down through the hot gas stream.

2. According to the characteristics of different fertilizers , we have arranged the second granulation zone reasonably so as to improve the granulation effect .
