The Hastelloy B-3 Tape causesextensive resistance to hydrochloric acid at the entire concentrations and temperature limits and also inhibits the pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It gives excellent performance in the presence of sulphuric, acetic, formic, phosphoric acids and non oxidizing agents.
